Filippo Rossi graduated in Physics Engineering in Italy at the Polytechnic of Milan and holds an executive MBA at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He operates at the intersection of technology and business, enabling startups and corporates alike to unlock scalable growth through innovation and partnerships. With a track record spanning both multinational and entrepreneurial settings, he has contributed to the success of digital platform ventures and global healthcare transformation.
During their tenure at Roche in Switzerland and Latin America, Filippo launched several products in laboratory operations and heart failure disease management, shaping commercial and access strategies across diagnostic and healthcare ecosystems. Building on this foundation, he became Head of Partnering and Sales at a Healthtech startup, focusing on AI-driven clinical decision support algorithms within primary care and hospital settings. Here, he collaborated with HCPs, large corporates, and payers, driving strategic alliances and business model innovation navigating the company across regulated markets. Currently, Filippo is Director of Business Development at Wipro, leading strategic initiatives to integrate GenAI and Agentic AI innovation into healthcare, medical devices, and pharmaceutical companies. His work supports clients in reimagining data, automation, and intelligent systems to improve patient outcomes and organizational performance, emphasizing human-technology interaction and adoption.
